Barry K. Davis

Chief Financial Officer

Barry K. Davis is the Chief Financial Officer of Genera Energy. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining Genera, Davis was CFO of a major commercial real estate developer in the Smoky Mountains tourist market of Sevier County.
 

For more than 20 years Davis has practiced public accounting as a partner in firms located in both Nashville and Maryville. His practice focused on providing services in the areas of strategic planning, capital formation and transaction advisory to clients in a wide variety of industries. Davis is majority shareholder and CEO of Springbrook Capital Corporation, an investment entity primarily active in the real estate sector.
 

Davis serves on many community organizations. He is Past Vice-Chair of the Blount County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Past President of the Boys Club of Blount County, and Past President of the Alcoa City Schools Foundation. He is a 1995 graduate of Leadership Blount.
